Now that I have merged #1142 seems like this PR no longer needs to be "draft", what do you think @jaddr2line? I'd really like to have this also go out with v0.14 😺 |

This PR is based on #1142 and allows interrupts to wake the scheduler on
atsamd51.Tested on my Adafruit Metro M4 Express Airlift.
