Include settings & color-scheme when sharing in the demo

Currently only the code is maintained, so when you share - someone might see something visually different than what you shared!

I am now realizing that I need to provide a lot more info on those issues... I'll try to do that in the future.

As for this one - I think we should try to share the following:

• The currently displayed code (we don't wanna share the other languages as people might not expect it to be shared)
• The color scheme
• The settings (highlight, flat switch, simplify checkboxes)
  (I think that's all the relevant state - I hope I'm not missing anything).

Additionally, we should include a "schema version number" of sorts (basically, {"version":1}).
This will allow us to change the format in the future and add/remove fields without breaking older shared links.
