NimBLE / LovyanGFX Breaking changes

• This build is no longer using a custom version of the BLE library as the NimBLE-Arduino library is used instead (see ReadMe for details).
• Update your version of ESP32-Chimera-Core as it is now based on @lovyan03's excellent LovyanGFX library.

Bugfixes

• BLECollector was crashing on specific builds with PSRam enabled
• NTP Sync wasn't fully hourly
