Dynamic images (e.g. shields.io)

Does Affine allow for dynamic images where I can provide a link to an image instead of having to upload an image? Similar to shields.io

Tried typing down the below syntax and it does result in the correct image, but I am not able to edit the link anymore and am not sure if it is dynamic, or it has become a static image.

Used the latest stable version of Affine, which somehow seems to be 0.26.6 on my self-hosted instance instead of 0.26.3
