Summary of Changes:

Dropped support for PHP 5.6 and PHP 7 to focus on modern PHP versions (>= 8.1).
Integrated Rector for automated code modernisation and refactoring.
Added PHPStan for static analysis to improve code quality and maintainability.
Updated existing test suite to be compatible with recent PHPUnit versions.
Updated CHANGELOG to reflect the major version bump to 2.0.0

These updates are necessary to enable container-configurator to fully support PHP 8.1 and above.
