Enormous Refactor

  • Reworked userver handlers
  • Support of POST methods
  • OpenAPI schema for every handler
  • Autogenerated C++ types via userver::chaotic
  • All handlers covered by tests
  • Improved logging
  • Added Prometheus-compatible statistics and telemetry
