Remove/Replace dependency to kotlin-annotation-processing-compiler

With #181 we switched to kotlin 2.2.0 but had to keep the dependency to kotlin-annotation-processing-compiler as legacy/deprecated fesature because there is no 2.2.0 release of that lib anymore.

In future releases, this should be replaced or removed.
