• Login as valid user
• Register
• Open the contest page an click 'Submit your entries' button
• (https://www.topcoder-dev.com/challenges/30049552/submit/file/)
• Scroll down and check the 'I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE'
• Click SUBMIT

• Must validate it
