Need drop-down on direct for MM challenge

As part of the MM-Direct integration, we need to identify MM challenge as Classic or Banner. Add drop down to the create a form with two values.

1. Classic
2. Banner

It will be only stored in projects database. Create new project_info_type for this and use project_info to store the value.
