Fix Fuzzy Search on Name & Description

According to my tests, this issue is valid through postman too.

I'm thinking name/description search needs to be changed to either:

https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.8/query-dsl-fuzzy-query.html
or
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.8/query-dsl-wildcard-query.html
