jstimezonedetect dependency

`jstimezonedetect` was introduced by a winner of some of the challenges to determine user timezone. Actually, `moment-timezone` (which is more useful package, related with `moment`) itself contains functionality to guess user timezone (`moment.tz.guess()`), thus we should get rid of `jstimezonedetect`
