Self-service - Launching a bug hunt failing

Steps

• Fill out the required elements on the form
• Click Complete and Pay

Expected

The payment screen should display

Currently

We're seeing an error on the page and the payment screen is not displayed.

• After fixing this i still can not submit the form success because of an backend internal error
• For this, i handle the frontend error. But it should be a backend problem for POST https://api.topcoder-dev.com/v5/challenges (this request will be called when opening https://local.topcoder-dev.com/self-service/work/new/bug-hunt/basic-info page)

Frontend sends a post request with a valid intake-form value:

...

    {
      "name": "intake-form",

    },
    { "name": "currentStep", "value": "basicInfo" }
  ]
...

but backend return invalid intake-form value in response:

"metadata": [
    { "name": "intake-form", "value": "[object Object]" },
    { "name": "currentStep", "value": "basicInfo" }
  ]

this will throw "[object Object]" is not valid JSON error when submitting the form
