When opening a submitted self service work from the My work page, it is opening empty form

1. Go to https://work.topcoder-dev.com/dashboard
2. Click start work
3. Create any type of SS work and submit it
4. Go to My work page
5. From the Active tab, click the work you just submitted

Expected: Should open the Work details

Actual: Opening the empty form
