Update initial onboarding screen

The first screen is going to be the skills selector. We need to:

• Update to match the UI in Figma
  • NOTE - the title of Welcome to Topcoder has been removed and will stay removed. We don't need to add it back in
• Update the footer navigation to show the steps as 5 bars, instead of X/6
• Use the member's first name in place of Jane in the Welcome Jane text. That text will be Welcome {member fname}
• The skip for now button in the footer will take the user to their profile at https://profile.{domain}/{member handle}, like https://profile.topcoder-dev.com/onboardin101
