Update final onboarding screen

The final onboarding screen is the Personality screen we have now, but simplified from the current version

Implementation details:

1. We will not show the "controls" displayed for editing the profile picture just yet. I'm still working on getting those requirements
2. The profile uploading should be a common control already defined and used in the profiles app. Please check that app's component being used for photo upload and adjust to match the current look and feel shown in the Figma.
3. Deleting the profile picture will just update the member record to remove the photoURL field in the JSON.
