Test new skill selector integration in onboarding

@suppermancool - We finished up integration with the skill selector and the new API to support adding skills to members:

here's the updated PR for the member emsi skill selector: #723

I added info into the PR and a sample usage into the component itself libs/shared/lib/components/member-skill-editor

Can you double check that this works as expected in onboarding please?

@jmgasper when we call the request to save the skills? there is Save Skills button in the example do i have to add the save skills button?
