Onboarding - Next on last screen #740

@suppermancool - The profiles app now supports a URL parameter:
?edit-mode=onboardingCompleted
When the user clicks Next on the last screen, they will be redirected to their profile on profiles.topcoder-dev.com, but we want to include that flag so the profile message is displayed to them.
