Onboarding - Font colours in Safari

Noted today is that the font colours in fields don't appear to match the Figma in Safari. They are too light, instead of near black.

It seems to be affecting text fields, and may be a global platform-ui issue:

@jmgasper that is the problem inside all fields components(this happen in InputSelect, InputText, InputTextarea, ...) in common library
For this issue, I only fix this problem inside the onboarding pages
