Dropdowns not closing

Steps

Go to https://onboarding.topcoder-dev.com/works or https://onboarding.topcoder-dev.com/educations

Click on Industry drop down and select an industry

Expected: The drop down should get closed after selecting an industry

Actual: Drop down doesn’t get closed

The same issue with the dates and education page too
