I've not removed rtScriptNode yet,
maybe it is not needed actually,
because maybe we want to switch at runtime to node.
also I set cmake option SUPPORT_NODE to default off
so node is not linked in
rtScriptV8 and rtV8Context are stubs for now.
binding code is moved like in node
code is compiling
