Small program in perl. Assignment for Binf2010 at UNSW. Takes in a fasta file, searches it for open reading frames, selects the largest 3 and translates them into proteins. After this is searches the PDB database for matches and returns the results as a CSV. A couple features ontop of the spec, read the file for more information.
