CPRISMA (version 1.0, 2021) is a bioinformatics program that gives color to multiple sequence alignment based on an input of numerical data.

This python script batch-creates button images that can be uploaded to Springshare's LibGuides (or another another CMS) to build a Library DIY framework. Library DIY is a self-guided research help tool, like in-depth, interactive FAQs. It was originally created and CC-licensed by Portland State University Library. For more info, see README below.
