New landing page at columba.network!

I've created a landing page for Columba at https://columba.network/. I hope this can be a helpful starting point for folks looking to share information about Columba without sending friends and family straight to a github page.

Fun fact, the constellations present at the top of the page are pretty close to accurate as I could get, using references to the real position of constellations online :)

Maybe my question about this is helping others to let them know they could modify the website with PR's.
