#####Description: A program in which a user may input a string of numbers, and will return to the user 'true' if the number is lucky, or 'false' if the number is unlucky. Lucky numbers depend on whether or not the sum of the digits on the left half is equal to the sum of the digits on the right half.
#####Requirements: Ruby, Text editor (preferably Sublime)
#####Instructions: Download zip file. Open in Text Editor. Enter your number into the argument. Press COMMAND + B.
