Patch bump tracking the triblespace 0.40.2 release (TLS roots
from OS trust store via rustls-platform-verifier, fixes the
silent-discovery-failure in corporate-proxy / sandbox
environments). Cargo.lock pins bumped via
`cargo update -p triblespace`:

  triblespace 0.40.1 → 0.40.2
  triblespace-core, triblespace-core-macros, triblespace-macros,
  triblespace-macros-common: same lock-step bump.

Source identical to 0.14.1; downstream consumers depending on
`GORBIE = "0.14"` pick up the fix automatically once the
lockfile is regenerated.

This release is what `faculties = "0.14.3"` will pull in.
