Triblespace 0.45 brings the PATCH LocalLeaf archive-leaf elimination
(~47% memory saved on SimpleArchive ingest, ingest now at parity
with or faster than the heap path) and removes `team revoke` (the
descriptive-caps model evicts via per-issuer non-renewal). GORBIE
needed no source changes for the upgrade.

The web export proc macro lands a static-bundle wasm path that
walks the cell tree at compile time, replacing the runtime feature
flag approach.
