Integrate with Trino

For a start we should just integrate this UI as it is with these steps:

• Have a release of the UI on npm registry
• Add to Trino via PR:
  • optionally enabled, off by default, via a property like preview UI
  • in separate context /query or whatever
  • could even be without security for now since its optional
  • code in readme can be used
  • UI is pulled in via npm from npm registry rather than embedding code in trino
