Check if directory already exists before cloning

I just cloned my project locally, and I happened to have a project that was called the same thing, so now i have a directory that has both. tsci clone should check if it already exists and if it already does, then ask if it wants it to write files into the same directory, delete, or cancel.

Also @seveibar , what is happening is in the clone command, it doesn't take any extra arguments at all due to the toggle implemented on top of the commander choice, hence making only cloning without any other options plausible.

We'll need to change the main.ts along with cli/clone/register.ts to fix this. Should I?

Which opts not available for you? There is author opt, that's working for me, can you elaborate?

Sorry, I meant in the interactive mode. There might be a problem in the perfect-cli. The interactive mode has a double toggle implemented which forms the wrong query, hence not enabling any extra options in it.
