I will love to do this

My plan to implement ViaGridBoard:

1. Create ViaGridBoard component with standard sizes (small 8x12, medium 12x18, large 16x24)
2. Add custom dimensions support for flexible sizing
3. Implement proper ViaGrid specifications:
   • 0.6mm drill holes
   • 1.2mm pads
   • 2.54mm pitch
   • 3mm board margins
4. Use proper pin labeling format (A1, A2, B1, B2 instead of V1, V2)
5. Create footprint component with plated holes in grid layout
6. Add multiple test files for different configurations
7. Export component in main index file
8. Add documentation with usage examples

This will provide a complete ViaGrid-compatible prototyping board for tscircuit users.
