Fix Table Sizing on Mobile, Desktop

The table text size is too big on pages like this: https://docs.tscircuit.com/elements/group

It's unreadable on mobile

Find a table in our design reference (mintlify) and fix the table sizing. Match mintlify's design for table on desktop/mobile. You can also find other tables from other references, the point is it just needs to be porportioned correctly
