Edit !vim to support custom fails

Instead of !vim being defined to Your vim failed to do that %count times we can define it to Your vim failed to %arg %count times where %arg is the argument to !vim or by default "do that".

Then we can for example do !vim run doom for Your vim failed to run doom 6969 times
