CapCut-Style Timeline Track Zones & Fixed Main Track

• Fixed Main Video Track: New projects start with exactly 1 primary video track (is_main: true) that cannot be deleted or pruned.
• Dedicated Audio Zone (Below Main Track): Audio clips and tracks are strictly constrained below the main video track, allowing clean layering and stacking of audio below visual content.
• Dedicated Visual Zone (Above Main Track): Video overlays, text titles, captions, stickers, and filters are strictly placed on or above the main video track.
• Smooth Track Insertion: Eliminated track shifting jitter during drag operations; drag-and-drop now renders a clean glowing insertion indicator with an inline + Nova Pista badge at the exact drop target line (insert_y), allowing placement on top, bottom, or between existing lanes.
