- Added webassembly endowment so we can use webassembly within the snap(This is especially the case since our third party packages use webassembly)
- Disabled snap eval as it's needed to run webassembly within the snap

- Renamed the plugin verfiable-creds-manager to verifiable-creds-manager
- Updated example site for CreateNewHederaAccount section where you can now use an external account to connect to Identity snap
