  • Update some of the wording in the post guidelines / htgh messages
  • Add open/resolved tags, and !resolve/!reopen commands
    • Resolution does not archive a post, only tags it
    • Like before, helpers can run these commands
  • Allow helpers to add tags to a post via reactions
    • Not the most obvious method, but it's documented in #how-to-give-help, and other solutions would be too noisy
