Group voices support for this, and for it being default included.
Lloyd and Patrick will test; also maybe bring Lucy in; and later, once we've gotten the kinks worked out, then we'll maybe sample some younger user.

@loganfranken suggests that we use h1
as title of mega-menu, h2
as title of menu sections and h3
sub-menu headers. @ebollens likes this. This suggests a new rule for WebBlocks of no more than h1 per sectional container.

UCLA is currently in the process of building a starter kit for our users.
Goal of starter kit is to provide base template file, built blocks assets with brand identity, extensions as needed and copy-and-paste snippets so that site managers can start using WebBlocks with ease.
While in development (so assets aren't compressed yet), the repo to download:
The actual sources that are used to build the assets (assumes run as a submodule of WebBlocks-kit):
Target is end of December.

The version targets for development releases are sliding somewhat - this is because:
- certain elements planned for later versions, like the mega-menu, have taken precedence because of organizational needs
- certain libraries, like the ARIA mapper, have required more work than initially anticipated
Some of the compiler changes may thus end up sliding until after the first beta release, but this first beta release is still on track for end of December with all HTML entities to be included as planned.
The meeting schedule through the end of the year has been modified due to holidays and the approaching WebBlocks 1.1 beta release target:
- November 11 - NO MEETING - Veterans' Day
- November 18 - MEETING
- November 25 - NO MEETING - Thanksgiving week
- December 2 - MEETING - off-schedule
- December 9 - MEETING
- December 16 - MEETING
- December 23 - NO MEETING - Winter Holidays
- December 30 - NO MEETING - Winter Holidays
- December 31 - BETA RELEASE
