Subgroup: Rich User Interfaces

The Rich User Interfaces Subgroup focuses on building responsive rich user interfaces with an emphasis on qualities such as responsive behavior, semantics, accessibility and UX/design patterns. Some of the elements this group will look at include mega-menu, slideshow, gallery and calendar.

The following deficits have been noted with the current nav.bar implementation:
- Styling is not on par with other navbar implementations
- No support for nested forms and other structures besides headings and a list
- No support for sub-menus
A discovery phase is needed to determine additional deficits that should be met by v1.1.
