In order to use a.o. any existing security.txt, cookie and site privacy policies already in wwwpublic.

It looks like I had inadvertently branched off of the old PR55 branch instead of master. Rebased to remove those docker-compose changes and pushed again with only the Dockerfile.* changes.

 * terms.html
 * cookie-policy.pdf
 * site-privacy-policy.pdf
 * security.txt
 * security-pub-keys.txt
 * security-pub-keys.txt.asc
 * security-disclosure-policy.txt
by using the corresponding `-${DOMAIN}` version. If the latter doesn't exist
it makes no difference compared to when the link is not there.
