Codex Evolve v0.1.0-rc.2

Codex Evolve is now directly installable as a Codex plugin or standalone Agent Skill.

Install as a Codex plugin

codex plugin marketplace add ukint-vs/codex-evolve --ref v0.1.0-rc.2
codex plugin add codex-evolve@codex-evolve

Install only the skill

npx skills add ukint-vs/codex-evolve/plugins/codex-evolve/skills/codex-evolve --agent codex -g -y

This release adds the Codex plugin manifest, repository marketplace catalog,
Skills CLI installation path, and updated installation documentation. The
plugin remains self-contained: no MCP server, hooks, authentication, or runtime
dependencies are required.
