Default appointment duration and automatic end calculation

It would be great to habe a personal default appointment duration in general (personal calendar settings), e.g. 1 hour. When I set the start time, e.g. 13:00, it could recalculate the end time to 14:00. If then I change the end to another time, e.g. 15:00, it could memorize the new duration of 2 hours. If I change the start time again, e.g. to 10:30, it could recalculate with the memorized duration of 2 hours to an end time of 12:30.

Shipped in v0.99.0 🎉

Both parts are in, exactly as you described:

• Settings → Modules → Calendar now has a Default appointment duration (15–120 min, default 1 h). New events get their end time set automatically from the start.
• Inside the event dialog the duration is remembered dynamically: if you change the end, the new length is kept, and changing the start afterwards re-derives the end from it. So: start 13:00 → end 14:00; change end to 15:00 (now a 2 h duration); later change start to 10:30 → end becomes 12:30. It also rolls over past midnight.
