Improve folder control in Document module

Welll, not a bug but an odd behavior (IMO)

First, when a user creates a new folder, there is no button to rename or delete it.

Then, when a user creates a new folder or choose one, (let's say folder 1 in the screenshot), left menu and top-right drop box change appropriately (this is fine). Next, there are 2 buttons to make a new folder (number 2 and 3 in the image). Both buttons shows the same submenu with no folder selected.

I would make the purple button (3) create a document in the selected directory (I mean, in the folder you hace already selected), while the button in the bottom-right corner would be used to create a general document, without specifying a folder.

Thanks for the detailed write-up @luis-lorenzo-gomez-blanco — all three points are addressed in v0.101.0.

1. Rename & delete folders — every custom folder now has an overflow (⋮) menu in the folder browser with Rename and Delete. Deleting a folder keeps its documents; they just lose the folder assignment (they stay under "No folder").

2. Duplicate / redundant folder controls — the redundant folder filter dropdown has been removed, so the folder browser is now the single place to select a folder. "New folder" also moved out of the filter panel and into the folder browser header, where it belongs.

3. Where new documents land — instead of two competing upload buttons, the single upload button is now context-aware: if a folder is selected in the browser, the upload dialog pre-selects that folder (still changeable). With "All folders" / "No folder" selected, no folder is preset. This keeps one clear upload action while still letting you drop straight into the current folder.
