Add a command line interface command that shows the config

Description

This introduces the command uno, so that with uno config the currently resolved configuration can be shown.
Subsequently, this allows helps to generate during the initial setup to generate a configuration. CC @yonihik.

Types of change

• introduce typer and tomli-w as new dependency
• usage of typer for a simple cli.
• tomli-w to translate Pydantic to TOML.
