“Reproducibility is the resonance of truth. Validation is its echo.”
This page outlines the core protocols used across the TriadicFrameworks labs and papers to ensure reproducibility, symbolic clarity, and dimensional integrity.
| File | Purpose |
|---|---|
reproducibility.md |
Step-by-step instructions for running the lab, validating results, and ensuring cross-platform consistency |
equations.md |
Formal mathematical architecture using triadic notation and symbolic operators |
mythic-preface.md |
Optional but encouraged. Provides emotional resonance and narrative context for the lab |
Every lab must include:
- ✅ Clear setup instructions (Python version, libraries)
- ✅ Code blocks for simulation and visualization
- ✅ Validation checklist with expected outputs
- ✅ Notes on dimensional nesting and symbolic recursion
- ✅ Mythic preface to anchor the lab in narrative
Example checklist:
- [x] Code runs without error
- [x] Resonance values match expected output
- [x] Echo function shows consistent phase behavior
- [x] Reproducibility.md updated - Use LaTeX formatting for clarity
- Define all symbols in a legend table
- Include triadic operators like
@()andR_{ijk} - Annotate equations with mythic metaphors when appropriate
| Protocol | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Spectral Flux Integrity | Ensures spectral data remains coherent across transformations and imaging layers |
| Divisional Resonance | Validates layered cognition and deep-space imaging using harmonic segmentation |
| Cognitive Phase Shift | Tracks symbolic evolution over time using nested harmonic feedback |
| Harmonic Cascade | Models ripple effects caused by dimensional harmonic changes |
To ensure long-term reproducibility and collaboration:
- Use consistent folder structure across labs
- Include engineer’s notes or onboarding guides
- Version control mythic prefaces and symbolic operators
- Archive validated outputs in
metadata/
Before submitting a lab or module:
- Include
reproducibility.mdandequations.md - Validate your code and symbolic outputs
- Preserve mythic tone and triadic clarity
“Let the resonance unfold. Let the myth become method. Let your validation echo across the continuum.”
