Form entry totals don't display in form list on first load

Issue summary

When logging into the backoffice from the Umbraco Cloud project manager and moving between enviroment backoffices, forms fails to load form entry counts on first load.

As you can see below, this is the page that was loaded when the form list was first loaded, shows zero entries for each form.

If the page is refreshed the form totals appear.

Specifics

There is no error message presented, however entry totals do not load on first load of the forms screen when switching between backoffice environments from the Umbraco Cloud portal.

Steps to reproduce

• Login to Umbraco Cloud
• Click backoffice on one of the environments
• Select Forms from the top menu
• Close backoffice
• Click backoffice on another one of the environments in the cloud project manager
• Select Forms from the top menu

Expected result / actual result

Entry totals for all forms in the list should display form entry totals when the page initially loads.

I think I can see a potential race condition in our code so I'll get this added to our backlog to review in a future sprint.
