Visible behaviour changes in this patch

• uui-slider and uui-range-slider now show the selected value(s) without hovering, keep the minimum and maximum labelled when steps are dense, and combine overlapping range values into one label (e.g. 20.1 - 20.2). hide-step-values no longer hides the selected value; use hide-value-label (now also on uui-range-slider) for that.
• Form controls that are readonly or disabled no longer report validation errors (no message after submit, and they don't make a wrapping control invalid), matching native inputs. They also expose willValidate.
