This will include release notes and other updates for the next minor and patch releases of Forms. It's now pretty much complete so ready for review.

• Fix for local links in rich text email fields RTE Link Picker creates localLink in email Umbraco.Forms.Issues#1208
• Body text for email workflow Add "body" rich text copy field for Razor email workflow in addition to "header" and "footer" Umbraco.Forms.Issues#1198
• Fix for date field blur Umbraco.Forms 13.1.2: Date field throws a console error on blur when no value is selected Umbraco.Forms.Issues#1241
• Release notes for patch releases on earlier major versions
• Dates on release notes
