Add documentation for the metadata address property, and a lille note about handing invites to the backoffice

Description

We recently added a property called metadata address - this PR adds documentation on what it actually does.
I also added a section about how to handle invites to the backoffice, to make it clear what we can and cant do there.

FYI: the PR adds more details to the metadata address property. This does make the table it is written in look a little weird, as the description column becomes smaller. Anything you can do about that?

Thanks for the PR, @mikkelhm 🙌 I've added a couple of suggestions to fix the vale warnings and flow of sentences.

Also, the table looks fine in the Preview mode. I would leave it as it is 💪
