The dependency Text_unidecode-1.3 is GPL licensed. However, any package that is GPL licensed must also be GPL licensed -- as this package is MIT licensed, it means anyone who is using this package may unexpectedly need to release their software as GPL.

It uses it if it finds it, and it can install it if you instruct it to, but it does not depend on it, nor by default installs it.
