Fixed

  • Keep bearer-token authentication throughout native Claude gateway initialization, fixing the first-prompt “Not logged in” error without requiring an Anthropic login.
  • Existing installations must run orchestra claude-setup, choose Remove current setup and configure again, and restart Claude after upgrading. Updating the CLI alone does not replace the installed session hook.
