Integrate c6id EC2 instances into Airflow CWL DAGs (#362)

Purpose

Integrate c6id family instance types into Airflow and use in CWL DAG and modular CWL DAG. (Also integrated for core components.)

Proposed Changes

• [ADD] c6id instance types for xlarge, 2xlarge, and 4xlarge types

Issues

Testing

Ran in unity-venue-dev on unity-nikki-2 deployment.
