custom brush resizing

should allow adjusting brush size for custom brushes (by scaling the brush image)

source is no longer updated, so you would need to add texture resizer to do that,
some ideas were mentioned here

yes, it was me :D
i'm stuck on resizing the pixel array. i should resize customBrushWidth, customBrushHeight and customBrushBytes, right ?

oh yes, need to set some of those variables also when using different size.
(some of those are there just to work as an cached values)
